Talent Haven-The Volunteers

The  major currents in the latest phase of globalization, around the world, demonstrates two major streams of development: 1) enhanced rates of attrition in most sectors of the economy; and 2) the emergence of part-timework as a major constituent of labour process. While jobless growth is emerging as the dominant phenomenon  facing  more than two-thirds of the world population, there are also asymmetries relating to specialized skills. Like the commodity market, the labour market also demonstrates peaks and troughs, for which information asymmetry is a major contributor.

ISED understands the asymmetries as above, and responds to it in the form of a Talent Haven. The objective of this Forum is to maintain a registry of highly skilled and talented individuals, whose services can be productively used by institutions/agencies who are in demand for such services.

This registry is meant to be a forum for all who are interested in part- time employment or volunteering. The services of the Haven are completely free. If you are a highly qualified retired professional with substantial on-track experience, or if you are on service, but are looking for some part-time employment or voluntary work which may offer a bit thrilling experience, we invite you to register with the Haven, with a brief write up on your track and experience.
The Institute will constantly be on the look out for making use of  your expertise, either within the Institute, or to facilitate a proper match-making.

Who can register? Your background does not matter:a retired academician, a retired banker, a freelance consultant, a development expert, a bureaucrat away from active service, a media professional, a technocrat, persons  who have significant international exposure, looking out for meaningful social service avenues.Talent Haven  is looking forward to your rich intellectual  resources and experience.

Volunteering is a state of the art concept. It helps a retired person to utilise his experience and skills for the benefit of the community, and thereby enjoying a sense of fulfillment. Talent haven also links you with similar organisations around the world.
